Directions from Termini station:

Leave the train station from the side exit at track no. 1, taking a left onto via Marsala. Then take first right into via Vicenza, walk straight for five blocks and turn left into via Villafranca. Hotel Des Artistes is 20 meters ahead on your right.

From Fiumicino airport:

From the Arrivals Hall, walk to the train station inside the airport, following the FS sign. A train for Termini Station leaves every 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the tobacco shop near the platform.

DORM BEDS: Guests must be under 36 years. Payment is due at check-in, and is possible only in CASH. Credit cards are not accepted for dorm beds. If you book more than one bed, we do not guarantee that you will all be staying in the same room.


CANCELLATION POLICY
In case non-arrival on the day, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night.
After check-in, the reservation can not be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged. Reservations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival cannot be cancelled. The same cancellation policy applies to our Happy Hour, Getaway and Family Package and the amount debited to the credit card will be the total amount divided by the number of nights, for example if your total is 500,00 euro for a 3 night stay you will be charged 166.00 euro.

CREDIT GARD GUARANTEE
Your credit card number and expiry date will be verified using a checking sequence. Shortly before your planned arrival date, the availability of funds on your card will be verified, but no payment will be processed. In case of negative outcome of the availability check on your card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

PAYMENT
Full payment for your stay is required at check-in. Alternatively, we require a credit card print to secure payment at a later time during your stay. For dorm beds and promotion bookings, cash payment is required. Travellers cheques, personal cheques, euro-cheques or cash in foreign currencies are not accepted for payment.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is possible around the clock, but your room may not be ready before 3 pm. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hotel until your room is ready. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:30 am. If you have a late train or flight, you can store your luggage at the hotel for the day.


MULTIPLE ROOM-BOOKINGS
Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings. It is not possible to make group bookings online. We reserve the right to cancel group bookings made online without prior consent. Please contact us at info@hoteldesartistes.com for group bookings. Group bookings require full payment for the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer at the time of booking. These bookings can not be changed or cancelled after confirmation. Any payment transactions are non-refundable.
